Our Story

Flying Coquí was born from the meeting of two proud and ancient cultures — Puerto Rican and Seneca (Hawk Clan) — and the belief that food is one of the most powerful ways to carry heritage forward.

Our founder grew up between two worlds: the lush, musical island of Puerto Rico, where the tiny coquí frog sings through the night, and the sovereign lands of the Seneca Nation, where the hawk soars as a symbol of vision, strength, and protection. These two identities — seemingly different, deeply complementary — became the soul of Flying Coquí.

The winged coquí mascot says it all: a frog with hawk feathers, taking flight. It represents the blending of two heritages into something entirely its own — bold, grounded, and alive.

Every bottle of Flying Coquí coffee syrup is handcrafted in small batches using a careful hot-fill process that locks in flavor and freshness without preservatives. We pour intention into every step — from sourcing to sealing — because we believe what you put in your morning cup matters.

Our syrups are designed to be PMOS-friendly and keto-compatible, with no added sugar. Rich flavor without compromise. The kind of thing you make for yourself when you finally decide you deserve better than the pump bottle at the coffee counter.
